Shipping & Returns


All products are shipped from the Netherlands and sent securely with a Track and Trace code . Within the Netherlands the shipping costs are €6.95. For all other countries outside the Netherlands the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depending on the number of items the shipping can be adjusted after checkout. 

We do not ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical address.


All items that are custom made (pillows and other interior products that are made specifically for the customer),food and beauty products are final. We unfortunately can't accept returns, exchanges or refunds. You can return clothes within fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered. For special promotions like discounts (more than 50% of the original price) we don't accept returns. Want to return your clothing item's? Please request a return by filling this form here.

The costs of returning items are paid by the customer. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original unopened packaging with its original packing slip. Goods in transfer are the responsibility of the sender and Track and Trace service should be used for returning your item's. We will notify you once we have inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will deduct the shipping costs if you return part of your purchase. For returning items from outside of the EU please contact us before you return the items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customs and Import Charges

All international packages outside the European Union are subject to import charges. These import charge are determined by the country upon arrival and we cannot be hold accountable for these charges. The customer is responsible for these costs.
